The guarantee applies to delivered boosts and begins when the order is marked complete.

If the delivered boost count drops within 30 days and before the expected duration, contact support with the order ID. Support compares the current result with the delivery log and determines the available replacement or compensation.
What we need
- The order ID from your dashboard.
- A working invite to the same server.
- The server must be able to accept members during review and replacement.
Cases that need investigation
Removal of members or boosts by server staff, account bans, deleted invites, restricted joining, and moving an order to another server are not automatic guarantee cases. Support reviews the logs and replies for the specific order.
Order duration and guarantee
One or three months describes the product you selected. The service guarantee window is 30 days after delivery completes and does not automatically extend the selected duration.
